Shoe Session: Part 2

We FINALLY got to shoot Part 2 of the shoe session a couple of weeks ago. The rain has been my nemesis lately! For this session, I had a group of my younger kiddos. I would like to send out a big thank you to Miley, Jadyn, Brynlee, Karter, Tate and Maggie. They did a GREAT job! I would also like to send out a special thank you to Jenny Brown for letting us borrow her yard for the session. Take a look at the fun shots we got from the session!

My meet-up images...finally!

About a month ago I attended a gathering with approximately 80 of the coolest photographers from all over the U.S. Yes, it happened to be the weekend we received a foot of snow...but, hey...we rolled with it and had a great time anyway.

I'm ashamed it's taken me a month to get everyone posted, but things have been a little hectic around here! I already posted a shot of one of our favorite models, Lindsey, who has worked with us numerous times. Here are a few more models that I had the pleasure of working with...Kelsey, Hayden, Holden, and Jeffrey. Thanks guys! You did a great job!

Shoe Session: Part 1

So I had a model search a few weeks back in order to come up with some cool little kiddos to model shoes and hair accessories for me for an online children's shoe store. We were FINALLY able to shoot the first half of the kids about a week ago after fighting weather and schedules.

I want to send out a big thank you to my first group of mini models! Caylea, Chloe, Lillie, Tori, Ruby Grace and Tate...you guys did awesome!!

A special thank you...

I have to send out a special thank you to Lindsey. Lindsey has been a willing model for our crazy photographer group for quite some time now. It has been a pleasure to see her grow and change over the last few years. She is a gorgeous young lady...inside and out. She has endured cold and wet weather to hot and sticky weather to help us grow and learn as photographers. She is the daughter of one of my friends, Becky Gregory...who just happens to be a fantastic photographer herself. You can check her out on my super cool blog list. :-)

There will be more images to follow from the meet-up. Things have been a little hectic so I'm a little behind on posting any. I did want to make sure, however, that Lindsey received special acknowledgement from me, because I appreciate her very much! You rock, Lindsey!!

Model Search Winners!!

I would like to thank all the adorable children that participated in the model search. You guys were a blast to work with and I can't wait for the final sessions! I would also like to add that I apologize that not everyone that contacted me could participate. I only had limited slots available and a very limited time to work on this project. If you did contact me and I wasn't able to work you in for one of the 30-minute sessions, I would like to offer you 1/2 off a local session good through June 30, 2009.

I survived!

I survived the crazy Oklahoma weather that dumped 10 inches of snow on our photography conference. We rolled with it and made the best of the circumstances as we photographers always do. I left there having learned a lot. I made new friends and reconnected with old ones, and most of all, I had a TON of fun. I hope to have some images to share from the conference up soon. I'll have to see if anyone had a camera and took any pictures...hehe!

I know there are several of you waiting on your images to be posted. I hope to have some up later today. I appreciate your patience and promise to get to them as soon as possible!

Wahoo! I will be heading out tomorrow for a three-day conference with a group of fellow photographers. I have looked forward to this since I attended last year. I'm so excited to see all my old friends...and, of course, can't wait to make new ones! You will not be able to reach me via phone, but I will be checking my email if you need me.

You know who you are!!

Regan Siler Photography is presently searching for models to use for advertisement for an online children’s shoe store. If your child is approximately between the ages of 9 months and 3 years and currently wears a shoe size between a size 2 and a size 7, and you think they would make a great model, please give us a call!

Your child will be scheduled for a 30-minute session for a cost of only $15 and will receive a gift certificate good for 1/2 off their next session.

From the children who participate in the 30-minute sessions, a group of children will be chosen to model for the ad campaign that will be shot some time in April.
