I was very fortunate to have a session with Mr. Kellen when he came for a visit from Ohio to see his grandma and grandpa. I was very excited because I had seen a picture of him and knew he was adorable! Kellen was a busy little man during his session...and we made sure to explore MANY things! He definitely has a future in front of the camera! I hope I get to see him again when he comes for another visit!
The Varner's (i.e. SKYE) are forever challenging me! My latest venture with them was to shoot four little girls with a bunch of baby cows (calves, steers...whatever they are!) for the stockyards' Christmas card. It's becoming a joke that every time I get together with Skye, I walk away with "poo" on my shoes! LOL! I can honestly say there is never a dull moment with these folks...and we do always manage to have a great time!
Carl and I go waaaaay back...like to the third grade way back. When I moved to Bristow he was one of the kids that became my friend immediately. We went to school together until we graduated high school. After high school Carl joined the military and also married his wife, Marsha. They have traveled and lived in many places over the years, but they always manage to find the time to come back and visit family and friends when they can...which is cool. So I was pretty excited when they called and wanted me to shoot a session with them when they were here for their last visit. We had a good time visiting and laughing...and I think we got some great shots too! Thank you to Carl's niece, Cierra, for being my assistant that day!
Little Dominick and his momma and daddy (as well as Aunt Steph and three cousins!!) came for a visit last week to shoot his first session. I'm so fortunate to get to work with such beautiful babies...and he was certainly one of them. He had such a beautiful skin tone and lots of dark hair! Once we got past a little bit of a rough start, he did great and we got some really awesome shots! Take a look...
I always so enjoy my newborn sessions, and this one was no different. One thing that was different, however, was that Mr. JT probably won for my shortest newborn session ever! We got some really great shots starting out, and then the poor little guy had just had enough...he was done and there was no changing it! Hopefully we will get a chance for round two when he comes back to visit grandma!
Check out Sam...a 2010 senior from Bixby High School! We shot a really cool session the other day and even tried some shots out in the water. Sam was game for anything and her mom was a lot of fun and a great assistant! I enjoyed working with you guys and hope to see you again soon!
It seems like just yesterday I was sticking this little guy in a bowl on his dining room table to shoot his newborn session! At four-months-old he's grown into an adorable mini man! LOL! He was such a good and sweet baby at his newborn session and continued on with the same temperament for this session. He's a very easy (and obviously adorable) baby to work with! I can't wait to see you guys again in a few more months!!
I had yet another adventurous session at the McNiel's house! I always have a fun time when I go to their house for a session. At our last session the girls were freezing because it was SO cold. This time it was quite a bit warmer but the girls were much happier! I think we got some really cool shots of the family and the girls. Skye, I know you've been waiting...so here you go, FINALLY! :-)
Allison and her mom, Christy, came down from Tulsa for a session recently. We had a great time...especially once we got Allison warmed up! Fourteen is not a typical age for parents to feel is important to capture. It tends to be when kids are younger or older, like when they are seniors. So I thought it was a pretty cool idea that Christy wanted to do this for her daughter. Take a look at some of the shots we got...
Last week I had the pleasure of shooting a special session with my friend, Jenny, and her girls. What was supposed to be a family session ended up being a "just the girls" session since dad wasn't feeling too well after fighting a firecracker stand fire. We made the best of it and were able to shoot some really pretty pictures of the girls...who I think are just adorable.
Many blessings to you and your family, Jenny. You will be in our thoughts and prayers tomorrow.
I can hardly believe it, but Miss Brynlee is one! I've gotten to work with this cutie multiple times since she was a newborn. In fact, I may have more photos of her than I do my own kids! I keep telling her momma she needs to get her into some modeling. Check out some of the adorable shots we got of this little beauty.
Thanks for stopping by my blog! This is where I talk about my most recent sessions and display "sneak-peek" images from those sessions. Pretty much anything that is going on with my business, you can find it here!
It's pretty cool to have a place where I can share with you all the wonderful clients that I have had the privilege of working with and getting to know (you know who you are!!). So sit back and enjoy the ride!!

About Me
I suppose this is where I am supposed to put a little something about myself. Well, let's see...I'm a wife to my hubby, Mike. He's just an all around pretty sweet guy. I have two ornery little boys, Cale and Luke, who are forever keeping me busy. My family means more to me than anything in this world which is why I always feel honored to have the privilege of being a part of capturing memories for your family. It is always my goal to get to know you and your family and provide you with images you will cherish for a lifetime.
