The McReynolds Family

The McReynolds family is another family that I have gotten to know and love through my business. Courtney is a senior this year and was one of my senior model reps for the 2009 school year. Sessions with her always turn out awesome. As you can see, she is gorgeous! I took the opportunity to get a few extra shots of her in order to update her feature in the Senior Spotlight section of my website.

With this session, I had the pleasure of meeting Scott and Gavin...the other half of the McReynolds family. Gavin was such a pro and easy to work with. I guess he takes after his big sis! Then there was Scott...LOL! He was actually a very good sport even though I think watching the game may have been a little higher on his list.

Thank you, Crystal, for letting me be apart of Courtney's senior year...as well as allowing me to shoot your family session. I think your family is awesome!

One more thing...just in case Scott hasn't had enough nightmares as it is, please give him a message for me..."CHIN DOWN!" :)

The Shields Family

I had the pleasure of shooting the Shields family session again this year. We picked the coldest, windiest, cloudiest day of the year to shoot...but we made the best of it! I have known the Shields family for some time, and I always enjoy their sessions. They have three very handsome, fun and ornery little boys...Chapman, Cooper and Cyler.

Happy Birthday Madilyn!

OK Tara and Grandma Dana...here are some of the shots that you have been waiting on! Oh my, what a cutie! We did everything in this session from two Halloween costume changes, to camouflage, to fall shots, to a cake smash! Miss Madilyn did wonderful for only being almost one!

Happy Birthday Madilyn!

Sophie & Sadie...check 'em out!

My recent session with Sophie and Sadie was probably one of the most fun sessions I've had in a long time! Their mom, Lisa, totally got into the idea of this non-traditional type session...which is right up my alley. I won't even mention the great lengths Lisa went to in order to come up with these adorable outfits...I might get her in trouble! :)

Considering these girls are only 3-1/2 and 4-1/2...they did awesome! They gave me sass and attitude just when I needed it! I actually have WAY too many cute ones to post on my blog, but here are just a few that I have gotten to so far.

Thank you Sophie, Sadie and Lisa for making this such a cool session!

Cute Cousins!

These three little cuties are cousins on my hubby's side. They were down visiting a while back, and we decided to try to get some shots of them. Meet Makenzie (the oldest), Ashley (the middle), and Chloe (the baby...who just had a birthday!). This "session" literally lasted about 15 minutes...so we had to work fast! It's amazing what four adults will do to get a baby to smile! I think each of them are adorable in their own way. Ashley might have the bluest eyes and longest eyelashes I have ever seen! Believe it or not...she got them from her DADDY! :)

13 years!!

I just realized that we are about 39 minutes into tomorrow...LOL! Tomorrow being the 21st of October. Today is a special day. My dear, sweet hubby and I have been married 13 years today! Happy Anniversary, Sweetie! I love you! :)

OK, OK...enough of the mushy stuff. Back to business! :)

Meet Baby Karter...

I recently had a session with Baby Karter and his cousin, Madilyn. You would think since Karter was only about a month old when we had this session that he would have slept through most of it. Oh no! This little guy was bright-eyed and bushy-tailed through the entire session. Don't let the sleepy looking picture fool you...he was only blinking!! His momma tried everything to get him to go to sleep. You can see who won that battle! :)

Don't worry Tara and Grandma Dana...I will have some shots of Madi up soon!

Josiah l Bristow High School

Josiah is my Senior Portrait Scholarship winner from Bristow High School. I had a session with him a little over a week ago. His mom and sister came along to assist during the session. I enjoyed getting to work with Josiah, and I think we managed to get some pretty cool shots!

Bethany l Bristow High School

I had the pleasure of working with Bethany a couple of weeks ago. I've known her family for quite some time. I actually shot her older sister's wedding and her middle sister's senior pictures. This time it was finally Bethany's turn! We had a lot of fun and got some great shots.

Marlene, a friend of mine, tagged along and helped assist me during the session. Thanks for your help, Marlene! Come help again anytime! :)

Where has the time gone??

Believe it or not, Christmas is right around the corner! For those of you who need Christmas pictures and/or custom designed Christmas cards, appointments will need to be made no later than November 15th in order to allow for the ample time of the shooting/editing/designing/ordering process to take place...lol! Weekends are booking fast...and before long the time change is going to throw a wrinkle in shooting in the evenings after most people are off work.

Speaking of time...I need to ask for your patience for those of you who have recently had sessions with me. This is typically the busiest time of year for me...and this year is proving to be the busiest ever! Rest assured I'm working diligently to complete everyone's sessions. I will do my best to keep you updated on the progress of your session. Thanks for your understanding!

I hope everyone has a great week!

Austen l Tulsa School of Arts & Sciences

I had a really awesome session with Austen. He and his mom and his dog, Bubba, drove down from Tulsa for his senior session about a week ago. Austen was so easy to work with and had such great style. He was a blast to shoot! And Bubba...well, you couldn't have asked for a more behaved, easy-to-photograph pooch!

Thanks for the referral, Tonya! I've said it before, and I'll say it again...you TSAS kids rock!

Brandon l Stroud High School

Here is a sneak peek into Brandon's session. After having to reschedule the session once due to rain, we were finally able to get together and make it happen. I had a lot of fun with Brandon and his mom! Thank you for letting me be apart of your senior year!

Super Cool Family!

I had the pleasure of having a family session with the Bullinger's. They were great...a super nice family. They informed me that I should hop in the truck with them because my car probably would not make it where we were going. Man, they weren't kidding! We managed to find some pretty cool spots...along with some very LARGE mosquitos!

Hayden had the greatest, most infectious smile (and a cool name). Makayla started off that way. By the end of the session, she kept saying she didn't feel well. Let's just say she proved to us she was NOT kidding! She was such a trooper...hopefully she's all better now.

The Bullinger's were a referral from one of my other favorite clients, Crystal. Thanks Crystal (you have great taste in friends)! :)

Hang in there with me, Stephanie! I've been blessed with a very busy schedule. I should have some more images for you soon!
