Happy Birthday Elliott!

I had the pleasure of seeing Miss Elliott again recently. She came back in for her very special one-year session. She is definitely a little fashionista and ALWAYS has the cutest outfits and accessories.

She was so sweet and so much fun through the entire session. I was so proud of how she did. Thank you Brooke & Justin for bringing her back in for the special occasion. Happy Birthday, Elliott! I can't wait to see you next time!!

Look who's grown!

Yep...Miss Maggie Mae! She's already almost five months old now and came back in to have another session (for a very special reason...but shhhh...we can't tell). I had so much fun with Maggie, Amy and Jenny. We laughed and laughed at Miss Maggie! She did really well through most of the session...but when she was done...she was DONE! :)

Thanks for bringing her back in, Amy! I'm already planning next time!!

Great News!

After entering a calendar contest held by a group of fellow photographers, my photo "Sisters" was chosen as the feature photo for the month of April. I was very honored to be recognized by many of the professionals that I admire so much. Here is the photo that was chosen:

An additional photo I entered, "Maggie Mae," was not a featured photo but was also included in the calendar.

I would like to thank Lisa Varner, mother of Sophie and Sadie...and Max & Amy Leach, parents of Maggie Mae for allowing me the privilege of photographing their adorable children!

The McNiel Family

Somehow with all the hustle and bustle of the holidays, I realized I never posted my session with the McNiel Family. Skye, who most everyone knows, is our State Representative for District 29, and is a very busy lady. We literally had to squeeze this session in between meetings to make it happen!

I headed out to their home one very cold morning with the intent of getting a good family shot for their family Christmas card. The girls were so cold...poor Jamison's nose was bright red! After walking all over, we ended up with the best family shot right on their front porch!

Even though it was cold...I enjoyed hanging out with your family. I look forward to our (warmer) spring session!! :)

Thank you for contributing to the success of my business this year...and I look forward to an even more fun and exciting 2009! I appreciate each and every one of my clients and have enjoyed getting to know you all.

I will be back to a "normal" routine after the 1st. I look forward to hearing from you!

Have a happy and safe holiday!

Sweet Brynlee (& cousin Elliott, too!!)

I had the pleasure of going to the Pinson's home for a holiday family session. Not only did I get to work with Sarah, Brian and Brynlee...but cousin Elliott, too! These girls had the cutest outfits...and of course, bows to match!

I've enjoyed my last several sessions with these girls. They only get cuter by the day. I can't wait for our next session!

Merry Christmas!

Sarah l Tulsa School of Arts & Sciences

I've been dying to get these shots up of my beautiful green-eyed senior, Sarah. She was such a pleasure to work with...but her session got caught up in all the Christmas rush, so I've been a little delayed getting to it.

I enjoyed working with Sarah and getting to know her and her mom. I think we got some really pretty shots, so take a look at a few of my favorites. Once again...another really cool TSAS senior!

Thanks for being so patient, guys!

The Jacobs Family (plus some!)

My good friend, Ashley, called to have me come over and get some shots of the extended family. Cassady, my little star who I have posted many times before, was very tired and didn't care much about having her picture taken. I would still like to maintain that she didn't care to share the spotlight...because normally she does wonderfully for me.

It was SO cold that day we had to shoot quickly outside and then do our best to shoot inside. Here are a few we came up with...
