This was a very special session to me. I had never met Kari prior to our session but she told me her story via email. She found out she was pregnant with her first baby two weeks after her husband left for Iraq. Unfortunately her husband, Jeremy, has had to be gone for the entire pregnancy. This is sacrifice people! I don't think I could do it. They are hoping that Jeremy's R&R will fall at the time the baby arrives. I'm crossing my fingers and saying a prayer that it all works out for you guys!
It was a lot of fun working with Kari and getting to know her and her mom. I wish you guys the best, and I can't wait to meet baby Drake!!
Please, also, take this time to remember our soldiers who sacrifice SO much to keep our country safe. Their dedication to our country is truly amazing! I, for one, am VERY thankful!

Thanks for sharing their story! I am so thankful for our soldiers and have so much respect for them and their families....the wives are hero's too. Congrats to this family and I pray that daddy is home for the birth!!
